Inces, Auntie Mare, and Hannah’s Birthday

Yikes, here’s our first post since March 5—almost three weeks now.

In the meantime, we’ve had visits from Meg’s cousins Danielle and Jake (the Inces) and David’s sister Mary (Auntie Mare). Also this past weekend, we were in Aitkin for our niece Hannah’s 4th birthday.

Last Wednesday, Carson and Cole both seemed a little sluggish, with lots of coughing and runny noses, so we took them to the doctor. Cole had ear infections, and Carson had some kind of bronchiolitus or pneumonia.

So Cole’s been on medicine, and we think he’s about cleared up, while Carson had to get a nebulizer, which is a little machine that turns his medicine into a cloud (mist) so he can breathe it into his lungs. It looks very odd, like our nearly 9-month-old son is smoking something, when we administer his “neb” four times per day.

It’s amazing to think that next Friday, April 1, the boys will be 9 months old!
